Through the great generosity of the Sly family the Trust has built 8 high quality eco-friendly properties in Slys Close and reburbished other property the Trust owns in the town, all let at affordable rents. See how it happened….

Our properties are a mix of high quality one, two and three bedroom houses. Our development at Slys Close won two design awards, reflecting our commitment to build to the very highest standards.

Our archive contains the Sly family papers, collected over many years. They have been professionally catalogued and preserved.
